Individual signed lease agreement required. Bathroom is shared except for master bedroom which has private bath and costs a little more. You will need your own linens and dishes. There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit required. No international transactions will be accepted. The house is convenient to Liberty campus , downtown and shopping.
