The best student living in Lynchburg!!!

My roommates and I have lived at the Reserve for two years, and we couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to call home! The complex has everything we need and we love hanging out in the clubhouse or by the pool. The Reserve managers are always sweet and friendly, maintence is incredibly fast, and every staff member genuinely cares about their residents. My favorite part of the Reserve is how much effort Sunny and Carolyn put in by organizing community events so we can meet our neighbors! This is... the best complex I’ve had the privilege of living in and I don’t ever want to leave!

The Reserve is such a welcoming property! I lived here for 2 years and it was the best decision I have made. It is a little pricey but worth every penny! The office ladies Carolyn and Sunny are so nice as well.

I've lived at the Reserve for three years and I love it!!! It's so close to Liberty, lots of benefits, the layout is perfect, and the community is great! I don't have enough good things to say about the Reserve!

I have been living at the Reserve for almost one year and it has been excellent. The property managers are kind and respectful and go above and beyond for their tenants. The units are nice and clean and perfect for students. The community is nice and Sunny and Carolyn, the property managers, often provide food at the clubhouse for special events. It is a perfect place for students! The property is in a great location and is close to campus as well as it being only a few minutes drive from Wards... and Timberlake Rd. I would highly recommend living at the Reserve!
