Tenants would be sharing the house with a married couple (owners) and a single young man.

This is for 1 bedroom with a private bathroom. The laundry room and kitchen will be shared with the couple who owns the property. Rent covers utilities (water, electric, internet, trash) and includes access to and use of all common living areas, which include the following:

Full Kitchen with dining area
Laundry room/half bathroom on main level


Tenant Limited Parking to one car.
