My unit can be viewed on Zillow. It is a 2 bedroom unit with 2 private baths. Access to kitchen and living area is permitted along with the outdoor deck. A fishing lake is located behind my building and 2 additional fishing lakes in Lake Vista.... Pickleball is popular here as is tennis. Pool access is available.

Both the bedroom and bathroom are furnished....Should you prefer your own towels and/or linens is fine...I can accept 2 persons if sleeping on the futon is acceptable. The rent would increase to $600 for 2 persons.

I live in the condo. I am retired and live alone. The spare bedroom and bath I am offering for lease. I don't require a signed lease but do require your honesty.
