This furnished rural 12 year-old ranch house with room for a total of 4 students is located on a beautiful one-acre private lot located just 5 minutes from Liberty's medical school and 7 minutes from main campus. The house has 3 bedrooms, and each... bedroom has at least a twin bed, a small chest of drawers, and a nightstand.

The master suite is still available for rent and the rent for this room has recently been reduced. The master has both a full and a twin bed, 2 bureaus, a private bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a linen closet and a walk--in closet. The master bedroom is plenty large enough to be shared by two students for $350 each if desired to reduce costs or to be rented singly for $550. There are two single bedrooms which have already been rented for the 2025-2026 year. All utilities are included in the rent payment.

There is a comfortable common area adjacent to a large kitchen and a cement patio just outside the back patio door. The kitchen comes stocked with the basics - pots, pans, dishes, glassware, flatware, coffeemaker, etc. The common area has a futon, a sofa, a dining room table and a piano. The laundry area has a washer and dryer. All this is provided to make a very easy transition from on-campus to off-campus. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the house for you. If you like deer, you will see plenty of them. This is a perfect setting for medical students, as it is so close to the school. Since 2013, when this house was built, it has been rented to Liberty students who appreciate being off campus but still embrace the Liberty Way.
