Great first apartment

I've never lived at an apartment before. I moved from campus dorms to here. The people are great to work with and communicate in a timely manner. The property is beautiful and the pool is amazing. It's a wonderful place to live!

Remarkable! Perfect for Families

We recently lost our home to a natural disaster and toured many places in our area looking for somewhere perfect for families. When we found The Jefferson Gables we knew our search was over. We've only been here a week, but everything has been remarkable. It's a quiet safe community, with many other children and pets. The quality of the apartments is impressive. In many ways our apartment is more spacious than the house we were in. All concerns, big or small are addressed right away. The... maintenance guys are awesome! Everyone clearly cares about quality and consistency here. Its very well managed and everything from requesting maintenance to paying your bill is a breeze all done in an app. I hope to live here for a long time with my family. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Thankful for a place to call home in between houses

We have lived here for only a couple of months but so far have appreciated the clean and well-kept grounds, amenities such as the gym and playground, and the quick response by maintenance when we have had questions or concerns. We always get a parking spot near our staircase, the external lighting is helpful and provides a sense of security, and it has been quiet and friendly. Glad to live here until we find our next home for purchase!

Restoring Our Dignity

With 33 years of marriage, after losing our dreamhome from becoming unemployed we rented our first apartment here at The Gables. Not knowing how being unemployed would be treated we learned the owner of the apartments were inderstanding and helpful. They made my wife feel good. It was her dreamhome that was lost. From 3900 sq ft finished to 1300 in our apartment my wife was hurting. The owners made sure to treat us with
The most positive experience at move-in and to this day. Then when I was... diagnosed with cancer and learned I would not walk again the owners moved us from a 2nd fl apt to a first fl. Their management and staff moved us and tgey altered doorways for my wheelchair and they continue to come over and visit to make sure we are happy. The apartment has become the savior of our lives and the owners are the best kind of people. We are very pleased and intend to live here for years to come.
