EXTREMELY rude staff in the office. They often have poor communication and miscommunication. Apparently they are under new management which is worse than the first. They implemented new policies which we were never informed of but now are penalized for not following. Mistakes and mismanagement from property managers is not fixed, and the tenants are forced to comply with threat of fines. Many times the phones are never answered. Have lived here since they opened. Old management didnt do much telling you if you had issues stemming from other residents that you should deal with it yourself.
They have also continued raising rent year over year (which I guess is normal now) to the point of having to downsize from a 2bd to 1bd (now paying the same price for our 1bd as for the 2bd when we moved in).
New management also doesnt do anything claiming they have no way to enforce things. I have made complaints 4-5 times about the... smell of weed coming from another resident/apartment as this is a smoke free complex and I dont need my infant near the smell nor do I want to smell it. It has stained our clothes and made the carpet smell to the point where we had to rent a steamer to get the smell out. It continues and they continue to say there is nothing they can do about it even though im not the only resident expressing my displeasure with the smell.
If you need a place to live, its definitely a place to live but dont expect management to do much. If your okay with that come join us here. Read More

We have been without central AC for our unit for almost a month, and when speaking to the property manager about the status of getting it fixed, she responded in a snarky, disrespectful way. If you are looking for a place to live that values their residents and has a property management team that is kind and respectful, this place is not where you should move.

Eleven25 is a great place to live! They have been super welcoming since I moved in earlier this year! The apartments are spacious and up to date. My favorite part of the apartment is the electric fireplace because there is an option for no heat to be produced, so you can turn it on in the summer just for the nice lighting at night. Also, the pool and gyms just opened earlier this summer, and they are very nice and kept super clean. And you can't forget about the mini-movie theater that is here;... it is super nice with actual movie theater chairs and screen. Overall, this is a great place to live! Read More

I love Eleven25 apartments. Everything is up to date, price is decent, and you have access to all amenities at no extra charge. The communication is spectacular. They reply to emails promptly and they are always sending out important updates. I never feel like I am in the dark. This apartment is the dream for any college student. The inside and outside are beautiful and so very spacious.
