Godly Student(s) - Everything Included* Duplex (Shared Housing)

We offer rooms and a quiet place for godly students. All necessary utilities, furniture, and kitchenware are provided, including WIFI. You will have your own parking space and share a kitchen and bathroom with two other students of the same... biological gender. We offer both private and semi-private rooms. For the safety and enjoyment of all, renters share the same house rules, which are based on Christian principles. We have quiet time from 11 PM to 7 AM, but there are no curfews. Every tenant provides a variety of references and proofs of financial ability; no pets are allowed, and all share in the cleaning responsibilities. The advertised monthly price range reflects the various types of rooms we offer and is only for full-time, on-campus students who sign a 12-month lease. For shorter terms or other Liberty-related individuals, let us know your situation so we can define those costs. All tenants also provide a deposit, which is fully refundable if everything is clean and in order at move-out. We have two areas reserved for students; each holds up to 3 people of the same gender, has its own locks/keys, and has its own exterior entrance.
