Godly Student(s) - Everything Included* House (Shared Housing)

We have furnished rooms for godly students in two very nice areas attached to our large home. The house is next to a modern subdivision and is fairly new. *Everything included means use of electricity, hot/cold water, heat/air conditioning, cooking,... laundry, microwave, WIFI, a designated parking space, trash removal, furniture, and some dishes/pans/utensils (sensibly used). We have private and semi-private rooms in the price range of $400-500 per month. (These prices are for full-time students; alumni, staff, and online prices are slightly more.) The advertised monthly amount is for a 12-month lease. (We also offer 1- and 2-semester rentals for a flat fee.) You will have shared use of a nice kitchen and bathroom with two others of the same biological sex. We have conservative Liberty-friendly house rules for your safety and quiet study. All those who stay here provide a variety of excellent references. These rentals are for godly students who conduct their relationships according to Matt 18:15-18. Prices advertised are per person. The security deposit is fully refundable if you have everything in order when you leave.
