House share opportunity in cute bungalow just across the James River in Madison Heights. Private but convenient location. Covered parking, fenced in yard, shared bath. Ideal for full time nursing student. Non smoker only, no vaping or drugs... allowed, including pot. This is my family home and my older sister lives there along with a small dog and cat. Rent of $800 includes all utilities. Room rented to a LU student in the past.
