Great so far Moving into Palisades has been a great experience so far! Briana has been so helpful and friendly—a true godsend! She made sure all my needs were taken care of and even went above and beyond in checking the apartment for damages, documenting any she found so I wouldn’t be charged. Very impressed!!

Moving In No instructions were given as to the move-in process. We had to chase geese to figure out the Wi-Fi, the electric, and which staircase to use for moving, all of which should have been provided to us and set up for us before we moved in. It was really frustrating because we had to do all that on top of moving. The whole point of an apartment is that they do that for you. And we felt as though we had to do everything ourselves with no instruction. Other than that, the apartment is wonderful!

Efficient and quick response as usual. i never have to wait long for service. Ive been here going on three years and all my maintenance request have been resolved and i have never had to call back for same request. all the maintenance people are great to work with!!
