Terrible management. They will not give you a deposit back no matter how prestige you leave the apartment. Maintenance took 2.5 months to replace our dryer and another month to replace our dishwasher. Stay away.

Parkside Grande at Cornerstone is a fantastic place to live! The apartments are spacious and modern, with great amenities and well-kept grounds. The management team is responsive and friendly, and the location is super convenient, close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-maintained living experience!

I have been living here for a week now and this the most poorly managed apartment complex I have ever seen. There is no property management whatsoever and maintenance is almost non existent. The walls in the apartment look chewed up from a dog, the baseboards are stripped of paint, the garage disposal wasn’t working, maintenance left supplies on my deck, the master bathroom sink is completely stopped up, the master toilet is not connected to water and the dryer vent duct is disconnected and... posing a significant fire hazard. I have called, emailed, and left voicemails over 50 times this past week and have not heard a peep from anyone. After calling them 24 times in a row this morning, I was finally able to take to Jessica who told me that it would be over a week before anyone could come out and help. If you are considering moving to Conerstone or any other apartment complex, DO NOT choose any RF Franklin property.
