Recommendation: DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I’ve lived here for 3 years and it was a wonderful place to rent until Sharp Management bought the property in November, 2025. The new company is an absolute joke. From the lack of communication to lack of staff, they appear to have purchased this property with absolutely no plan on how to run it. I’ve been renting for years and I have never come across such an incompetent property management company in all of my life.

I've never lived at an apartment before. I moved from campus dorms to here. The people are great to work with and communicate in a timely manner. The property is beautiful and the pool is amazing. It's a wonderful place to live!

We recently lost our home to a natural disaster and toured many places in our area looking for somewhere perfect for families. When we found The Jefferson Gables we knew our search was over. We've only been here a week, but everything has been remarkable. It's a quiet safe community, with many other children and pets. The quality of the apartments is impressive. In many ways our apartment is more spacious than the house we were in. All concerns, big or small are addressed right away. The... maintenance guys are awesome! Everyone clearly cares about quality and consistency here. Its very well managed and everything from requesting maintenance to paying your bill is a breeze all done in an app. I hope to live here for a long time with my family. 10/10 would highly recommend. Good location, nice building/facilities and easy to work with property management company

We have lived here for only a couple of months but so far have appreciated the clean and well-kept grounds, amenities such as the gym and playground, and the quick response by maintenance when we have had questions or concerns. We always get a parking spot near our staircase, the external lighting is helpful and provides a sense of security, and it has been quiet and friendly. Glad to live here until we find our next home for purchase!
