The Oasis Apartment

This is a shared space with 4 people, including yourself. This room specifically is a no window room Electricity is split 4 ways evenly. I am reletting this apartment as I have moved and is available for move in ASAP. There is a process to take my... place so you will need to contact me directly and I will take care of any fees associated with the relet process. Security deposit has been paid and if you move in during the middle of the month all the rent is paid until the 1st of the next month.
