Cottage in Boonsboro/Rivermont Area

Move-In Ready Solid Bungalow on pedestrian friendly Boonsboro Rd. Enjoy walking to the pool/tennis courts at Oakwood or to Kroger at Village Courts. A short drive to Riverside Park or kayaking downtown on the James River. Our nicely maintained 2nd... home in a very good neighborhood is now available to lease. Enjoy grilling or fellowship on a nice rock patio out the kitchen door.

Exterior brick has been repainted. New plaster work & entire interior has been repainted. 2-zone heat and hardwood floors are refinished. Detached garage. Instead of eating in the “dining room,” We used the large living room with a fireplace as a dining room and it is currently furnished with a very large table.

There is an additional room on the main level that is perfect for a private main level master bedroom or a 2nd family room. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms & a bonus area perfect for an office, sitting room, closet or nursery. Basement is unfinished & houses more rooms and the old furnace is still connected.
