I am a Christian with four well-behaved teen daughters and 1 friendly cat. I own a 4,500 sq. ft. home in Forest and live above the spacious, private in-law unit located on the lower level. It has a private entry. Only female applicants, please.

My... property is on a culdesac with no traffic and boasts 1.7 acres with a beautiful creek. It's located in Forest's highly rated Lake Vista neighborhood for its safety and gorgeous green scenery. Includes a porch, and use of the property's firepit is allowed based on safety compliances.

High-speed 1000GB fiber cable internet, trash, and recycling are included. Heat, electricity, air conditioning, water are also included as long as tenant use is not excessive. Access to the laundry room located upstairs is permitted.

Unit includes a large private bedroom, a kitchenette, a private bathroom with shower, and a large living room. Tenant (s) may enjoy access to the tennis courts, canoeing, fishing, and junior olympic pool when the season permits.

Access to the home's security monitoring through Ring and to track the delivery of packages is provided.

If a pair of friends wants to apply and are accepted together, rent would be $700 for each ($1,400 total) per month. If you are a single tenant, the total is $875. Please contact me if you are interested, thank you!
