The Oasis Vue Student Housing first floor 3 bedroom with personal office rooms Apartments (Shared Housing)

The Oasis Apartments are meant for LU students only! This lease is for the 2025-2026 school year. It is about a 5 minute drive from main campus, 3 minute drive from LUCOM. There is a free shuttle that comes every half hour that drives to main campus.... The apartment is fully furnished and has an in unit washer and dryer, plus dishwasher and two whole fridges. There is also a gym, public computer and printer access, and a (really nice) pool.

Rent includes free internet, water, sewer, and valet trash right outside the door. You only pay for electricity, but that is automatically added to the resident portal, so it is very easy to keep track of.

The Oasis room for rent is for one person in a 3 person apartment (3 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 office apartment). Each resident gets one bedroom, one equally sized office room and a bathroom to themselves that only their own key fob can open. There is also both a closet and a dresser in both the bedroom and the office room.

Emotional support animals are allowed as long as a request is submitted.

Unfortunately, I was only a few days late to try to cancel my lease renewal after a significant family event caused me to have to move, so I need to transfer my lease ASAP to avoid being thousands more in debt :D
