Looking for a comfortable place to live? We have one room available for rent in our home conveniently located minutes from downtown Lynchburg and a 9 minute drive from Liberty's campus. This home boasts over 2,600 sq... . ft. of living space, offering plenty of room. All utilities, as well as a weekly cleaner, are included in the monthly rent.
Features of the Home: Well-manicured landscaping, a large front porch and spacious back yard. High ceilings, hardwood floors throughout with carpeted bedrooms. All utilities are included with rent, including high speed internet, a cleaner who comes weekly, and a variety of streaming services.
Private Rooms: There are two rooms available, each with their own individual lock and key. One larger (13'x14.5') and one smaller-not currently available- (10'x12.5'). Each room has been recently renovated with paint and new carpet. Feel free to bring any additional furniture you would like.

My wife and I are currently students and are also residing here. We are doing small renovation projects to help modernize the house and therefore some rooms may become temporarily unusable as we improve them. We do not allow pets, overnight guests, alcohol, tobacco, vaping or drugs, etc on the property. This is a Christian home. We have a very friendly dog who is outdoors for the most part.
