The 2nd level has a half bath, full kitchen, laundry room and living room. The 2nd level is where you enter the property. The nice size deck off the back of the town home is a perfect place for coffee, to get some work done or excercise.
The bedroom is currently a dark blue. If you would like a different approved color and would like to pay for it you may work with our painter to have the room repainted.
Amenties include a spacious pool and patio area. All ultilities covered by the $750 a month rent.
